Job DescriptionRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 8-10 years of FMCG sales/distribution experience, with at least 3 years in a national or regional management role.Strong knowledge of Malaysia's FMCG trade landscape: GT & MT.Proven success in distributor management, trade marketing execution, and route-to-market strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in CRM, DMS, and sales reporting systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Performance ManagementLead regional sales operations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targetsDrive performance across GT, MT, and e-commerce channelsManage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reportingDistributor & Channel ManagementOversee distributor network, coverage, and stock controlBuild strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and retailersEnsure outlet penetration, product availability, and in-store visibilityTrade Execution & OperationsExecute trade promotions, merchandising, and marketing campaignsStandardize sales processes and ensure complianceWork with Supply Chain to support demand planning and deliveryLeadership & DevelopmentLead and develop sales teams, including Regional Sales ManagersSet KPIs and drive high-performance cultureProvide training and continuous improvementBusiness Strategy & InsightsAnalyze sales data, market trends, and competitorsCollaborate with Marketing on trade programsSupport business planning and sales strategy developmentBenefits
