Working Mode: On site (Hybrid) **Day shift will be work from office and Night Shift will be work from company hostel (WFH). Company fully provide the hostel. Employment Type: Full-Time and permanent Working hours : 24/7 Rotation Shift (10 hours + 2 hours compulsary paid OT) Working days : 5 days work and 2 days off (Mon - Sun) Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 4,500 Benefit : 13th month bonus + Up to 6 months performance bonus + Company reward trip + Quarterly incentives Key Responsibilities: Execute account transactions within specified target timeframe. Verify that bank accounts are prepared to support and correctly configured on the business website. Ensure that account limits and balances are adequate to facilitate operations efficiently. Work closely with cross departments and 3rd parties in resolving customer concerns effectively. Uphold trust and confidentiality standards and adhere to data integrity and security protocols. Fulfil daily reporting requirements, various checklists, and tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Qualifications: Minimum high school level & above. Fluent Mandarin and English (verbal, written, and reading). Must be willing to relocate and work in Kuala Lumpur (KL). Hostel accommodation provided near the office location. Day shifts will be based in the office, while night shifts will be performed from the company provided hostel (WFH). Must be able to work night shift & overtime. Self-driven, sensitive to numbers & attentive to details.
