- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR and administrative experience (insurance administration experience preferred).
- Familiar with HR regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office; HRIS/payroll software experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Meticulous and reliable with strong sense of responsibility.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive problem solver, confident in liaising with external vendors/insurers.
- Team player with positive work attitude and strong coordination skills.
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, arranging interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files.
- Handle leave administration, attendance, and staff movement tracking.
- Assist in payroll preparation and submission of government claims, and statutory contributions.
- Manage employee-related insurance (e.g., medical, GPA, work injury), including renewals, enrollments, and claims.
- Support performance appraisal exercises and training coordination.
- Handle staff queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Organize staff engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Manage office supplies, service contracts, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain company documents, licenses, and filing systems (physical & digital).
- Oversee company-wide insurance renewals (e.g., office/property, liability, vehicle, equipment).
- Liaise with insurers/brokers on coverage, policy updates, and claims management.
- Support management in preparing letters, reports, and meeting coordination.
- Handle travel arrangements, office facilities, and general administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements

- 5 Working days: Mon-Fri @8:30am - 5:30am
