- To raise Release Order/Purchase Requisition/E-Purchase Requisition/Goods Received and submission of invoices to Finance for payment processing.
- To submit Post Mortem report.
- All type of report tracking and submission on time: Preparing weekly and monthly reports: Weekly Roadshow Sales Result, Post Mortem Tracking Report, etc.
- To support Sales Ad Hoc Event.
- Must have minimum Diploma and above.
- Must be a detail person and follow up with task assigned.
- Excel Spreadsheet/PowerPoint/Word and Email basic functions.
- Able to adopt with fast moving and fast changing environment.
- Fast learner with excellent follow up skills.
