About our client : Our client is a leading law firm specializing in high-end property development, offering legal services to top-tier developers and investors. Their practice is focused on complex sale and purchase agreements and loan transactions. Salary: Up to RM3,500 Key Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records. Manage full set of accounts , including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. Handle payment processing, including cheque issuance, online banking transactions, and preparation of payment vouchers. Monitor cash flow and perform monthly bank reconciliations. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies. Maintain and update company records, documents, and filing systems. Oversee general office administration, including procurement of office supplies, insurance matters, and utilities management. Prepare and submit SST reports and other statutory filings in a timely manner. Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience. Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
