Designation Machine Operator (Bend - CNC Press Brake) Department Production Reporting Manager Factory Manager Location Balakong, Selangor Role Responsibilities Set-up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts Verify conformance of finished work piece to specification using precision instruments (Vernier, Micrometer) Responsible for operational activities relating to bending machines Liaise with Warehouse and Production to ensure smooth flow of material and component supply Improve and sustain housekeeping Support in training as and when required Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time Role Requirement Minimum 3 years direct working experience operating CNC Press Brake Machine and in Metal Fabrication Industry. Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering specified tolerances Able to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings (blueprints) Strong understanding of machine set-up, able to effectively change machinery for multiple set-ups with the various products lines and material requirements Knowledge of health and safety procedures Physically fit to perform all required duties Independent self-starter Team player, able to work with all levels Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Demonstrate ability to work on assigned welding works and its processes/activities, ensuring minimum errors and quality work in accordance to production deadlines Maintain safe workplace practices, adhering to the Company's Health & Safety procedures at all times
