- Grow B2B sales across food commodity products and general food ingredients segments in both local and regional SEA markets.
- Spot new commercial opportunities, track market and pricing movements, and implement sales strategies to support business expansion.
- Lead pricing discussions, manage trading-style negotiations, and secure contracts that align with company financial goals.
- Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and key partners.
- Oversee essential sales administration including budgets, payment follow‑ups, customer data accuracy, and resolution of product/quality issues.
- Review sales performance, update forecasts, and deliver regular commercial insights and reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' of B2B sales experience in food ingredients and dairy or palm-related products.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience handling price‑sensitive, trading‑driven customer discussions.
- Exposure to local and export markets, ideally within SEA.
- Global mindset, culturally adaptable, and able to influence stakeholders.
- Analytical, customer‑focused, and able to work in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Willingness to travel; fluency in English (Bahasa or Mandarin a plus).
- A strategic commercial remit covering both ingredients and commodity portfolios.
- Regional exposure across Southeast Asia with strong career growth pathways.
