- Participate in the evaluation of Group-wide business initiatives by assessing program design, budget sufficiency, proposed metrics, business deliverables, and cost reasonableness.
- Conduct expense management reviews by analysing spending trends to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and drove standardisation of expense practices across the Group.
- Collaborate in the preparation and consolidation of budget templates for the annual groupwide Business Planning exercise, providing strategic support to various stakeholders.
- Participate in the process improvements in data preparation to enable deeper expense analysis.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and streamline reporting and analytical processes.
- Support the Team Lead on project assignments and ad-hoc requests as required.
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Actuarial or equivalent professional qualifications.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge and experience in the insurance industry would be an advantage.
- A good problem solver and have excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet timelines.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
