Job Description:Manages the Working Party Resources team in Malaysia and will be accountable to team operational management, safety, development and finance which includes manpower availability, workload, issues, complaints and operational expenses. You will be accountable as well for the team’s leadership, people development, competence and training, and performance evaluation.In addition, act as a quality focal point and being the representative of QBOB in the region. Coordinate and plan all audit activities in the organizationAccountable for overall Working Party Resources activities in the Region and advice on technical matters and processes if needed.Manage end to end the workforce availability and operational planning (considering workload, bank holidays & leaves)Manage escalations, complaints & carry out Non Conformity problem-solving where required.Assess and validate the training requirements based on the competency management assessments.Ensure that team competency is at the right level for team operation, and validate training requests in reference to AOP and learning path.Provides direction and feedback to the team.Lead the team to achieve all operational objectives and ensure team’s maximum efficiency.Ensures health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.Foster and maintain a positive work environment by promoting Airbus Values and E&C.Manage all the stakeholders related to Working Party activities specifically but not limited to.Evaluates Performance & development of the team. Provides feedback to team members and validates the Performance Rating.Manage and coordinate all audit activities related to the team, internal and external.Obtain necessary data to produce KPI to measure the performance of the operations monthly & weekly KPI management and ensure all reporting to related stakeholders.Validate expenditure and traveling expenses within the yearly AOP.Implements process change for the improvement and efficiency of work.Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus Customer Services Sdn BhdEmployment Type: PermanentExperience Level: ProfessionalJob Family: Leadership
