- Communicate with hiring agencies on a daily basis
- Manage candidate records, interview invites, progress and follow-ups
- Assist with scheduling meetings, and internal training sessions
- Update calendars, documents, and internal task trackers
- Track progress on assigned responsibilities such as learning hours or task completion
- Send internal updates, follow-ups, and reminders
- Act as a meeting facilitator during weekly team meetings
- Help to keep the discussion organized by tracking action items after each meeting
- Help check and update team platforms such as SharePoint or Mural weekly
- Maintain consistency of content and layout across shared spaces
- Suggest improvements for internal tools or processes
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Detail oriented with a positive and can-do attitude
- Organized, responsible, and proactive
- Proficiency in English language and computer literate
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
