- Ownend‑to‑end sales performance for the four states in the Northern region
- Manage and grow relationships with dealer groups, many operating multi‑branch networks
- Shift engagement from HQ‑only relationships to branch‑level penetration and execution
- Drive and coach the regional sales team to improve sell‑out and dealer productivity
- Build strong on‑ground dealer relationships through regular visits and hands‑on involvement
- Track sales data, inventory movement, and dealer performance using an analytical, data‑driven approach
- Work cross‑functionally with HQ teams to ensure strong execution of sales initiatives
- Provide structured reporting and market insights to senior leadership
- Proven B2B sales leader from the automotive or motorcycle industry, with strong dealer management experience
- Background in B2B dealer sales rather than pure retail environments
- Experience managing dealer networks with multiple branches across regions
- Aggressive, results‑driven, and highly analytical in managing performance
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long‑term dealer relationships
- Comfortable with a hands‑on, field‑based role and frequent regional travel
- Experience operating in relationship‑centric industries and cultures
- Ability to work independently in a work‑from‑home setup while covering a wide territory
- Senior regional leadership role with direct exposure to top management
