You will partner with business and IT leaders to ensure secure, scalable, and future-ready collaboration environments while driving innovation, compliance, and user productivity across the organization.What You’ll DoProvide architectural leadership and roadmap planning across Microsoft 365 and Azure platformsGovern, optimize, and automate collaboration environments using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Logic AppsLead migrations and transformations for SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Email, and file services, including BOX, Dropbox, Egnyte, and on-premises file sharesCollaborate with Identity, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment using Microsoft Purview and Defender solutionsDesign and implement custom integrations and applications using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Angular, React, and SOAP/XML APIsSupport Multi-Geo tenant strategies for global data residency and complianceLeverage AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI capabilities to enhance productivity and collaborationLead architecture and optimization of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power PlatformEstablish and enforce enterprise data governance frameworks and compliance standardsGuide Azure tenant strategy, including hybrid cloud and multi-tenant environments, migrations, and licensing optimizationMentor engineers and act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholdersRequired Qualifications10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a senior architecture role focused on Microsoft 365 and AzureStrong expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot)Experience with Azure architecture, Microsoft Defender, Intune, and endpoint managementSolid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworksProven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsFamiliarity with AI and Generative AI in enterprise collaboration environmentsThe base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY: IT Services & Solutions DeliveryDIVISION: BTS Business Technology ServicesLOCATION: Malaysia
