- Growth & Value Creation: Execute the strategic plan to significantly increase shareholder value and achieve the market cap target. Identify and leverage key value drivers within the business.
- P&L Management: Take direct ownership and oversight of multiple business units or verticals, each with its own P&L. Drive revenue growth, optimize cost structures, and maximize profitability across all segments.
- Corporate & Financial Discipline: Institute best-in-class corporate governance, financial controls, and reporting mechanisms befitting a large-scale organization. Prepare the organization for the rigors of being a PLC, if not already.
- Operational Scaling: Design and implement scalable operational processes to support rapid growth without compromising on efficiency or quality. Lead key operational functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Finance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ a rigorous, analytical approach to all business decisions. Utilize data to identify new profit pools, optimize resource allocation, and improve operational metrics.
- Investor Relations & Strategy: Support the CEO and CFO in investor communications, ensuring the market understands the company's growth story and financial performance. Play a key role in strategic financings or M&A activities.
- A proven track record of managing multiple, complex P&Ls within a fast-growing technology company.
- Demonstrable experience in a senior leadership role within a Public Listed Company (PLC) is highly preferred.
- An unwavering profit-driven and results-oriented mindset, with a history of directly contributing to significant valuation growth.
- Exceptional financial acumen, with deep experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and operational budgeting.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to data-driven management.
- The ability to operate strategically at the board level while also being hands-on in driving operational execution.
