Remuneration: RM8,000-RM9,000Responsibilities:1. HR Operations & Governance
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls in payroll, leave management, claims, and documentation.
- Maintain audit-ready HR records and ensure adherence to Group HR policies and SOPs.
- Support annual manpower budgeting and headcount tracking.
- Drive recruitment strategies for plant operations, technical roles, and support functions.
- Implement structured performance management and calibration processes.
- Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning initiatives.
- Manage employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, and domestic inquiries where required.
- Provide advisory support to line managers on performance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
- Maintain stable industrial relations climate within manufacturing environment.
- Handle grievances and ensure procedural fairness in investigations.
- Support salary benchmarking exercises aligned to Group framework.
- Ensure proper execution of annual increment and bonus cycles.
- Monitor compa-ratio positioning and internal equity.
- Administer statutory contributions and ensure accurate reporting.
- Ensure integrity of HRIS data and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare periodic HR dashboards and reports for Group HR and senior management.
- Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, manpower cost, productivity indicators).
- Review and update HR policies and SOPs in alignment with Group guidelines.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Support digitalisation initiatives and HR system enhancements.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across plant operations and corporate leadership.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and governance discipline.
