Job Description :Role Overview:The Retail Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of retail stores to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing area managers and store staff, optimizing sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies to improve performance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve operational objectives.
  • Drive KPIs & profitability.
  • Work closely with area managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coach sales teams to enhance business performance.
  • Support store expansion plans.
  • Conduct business analysis & prepare presentations.
  • Manage and develop people effectively.
  • Liaise with key departments for business improvement strategies.
  • Implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Conduct regular store visits across the region.

  • Experience overseeing approximately 35 or more retail outlets is highly preferred.
