1. Sales Support & Lead Generation Assist in identifying new business opportunities for retail POS systems, CRM, ERP, and TSHOP solutions. Support the sales team in prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals. 2. Client Engagement Build and maintain relationships with retail clients, understand their operational needs, and propose suitable system solutions under guidance from senior sales members. 3. Product Demonstration Assist in conducting product presentations and basic system demos to showcase how our retail solutions can improve store efficiency, inventory control, customer management, and reporting. 4. Pipeline Management Maintain accurate sales records, quotations, and proposals. Support monthly sales target achievement through proactive follow-up and coordination. 5. Team Collaboration Work closely with technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. 6. Market Learning & Development Continuously learn about retail technology trends, POS innovations, and cloud-based business solutions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Requirements Must possess a Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent working experience). 0 - 1+ years of experience in IT sales, office supplies, or B2B sales. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven. Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. Japanese language skills will be an added advantage.
