In your internship, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real client projects. Understand and apply PwC's initiatives and strategy in learning and development for the firm and clients where you will be assisting for the following areas: Data Analytics & Reporting Collect, clean, and analyse data from HRMS, LMS, e-learning platforms, and feedback sources Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Excel and Power BI; prepare clear summaries Run trend/cohort analyses and support light automation to improve workflows Translate stakeholder needs into data requirements, visuals, and simple KPIs; support Academy digital initiatives HRDC Claims Analytics Prepare, track and analyse claim submissions for accuracy and timeliness; Maintain status/compliance dashboards Identify gaps and recommend process improvements Support audit-ready documentation Client Delivery Support - Data Training Prepare datasets/materials and manage tools during workshops and live demos Troubleshoot basic issues to ensure smooth delivery Compile post-training feedback and reports Contribute to continuous improvement efforts Programme & Project Support Assist with enrolment, attendance, LMS/admin; set up physical/virtual classes and maintain records Prepare project schedules, notes, and stakeholder updates Contribute to programme communications in Canva/Power Point Provide occasional after-hours class support; offer cross-programme support as needed Qualifications And Skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, IT, or related fields Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge in Canva, Power BI, Alteryx or Python is an advantage.
