The headquarters are located in Haag (Switzerland), the production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania and Taiwan.As Quality Team Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing the quality assurance activities within the machining process, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and certification bodies. This role leads and supervises a team of Quality Technicians, driving the achievement of quality objectives through effective implementation of improvement initiatives and robust monitoring of corrective actions.The position supports both internal and external complaint management, ensures proper maintenance of quality documentation, and plays a key role in audit preparation and execution, including product, process, and certification audits. Additionally, the role contributes to process documentation management, employee training and qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key duties also include reviewing Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR), leading Layered Process Audits (LPA), and supporting various quality-related matters across the organization.Principle Duties & Responsibilities
  • Pursuit of quality goals and implementation and monitoring of improvement measures
  • Handling of complaints (internal and external) an inplement corrective actions
  • Preparation for quality - documents an their maintenance
  • Support of certification and customer audits
  • Conduction of product and process audits (internally)
  • Ensure Process Adhearance in individual production areas
  • Management of co-worker / sub-ordinates, training and qualification
  • Support various quality-related issues
  • Detection of quality and process improvements as well as their implementation
  • Define quality goals for production area in consultation with the quality manager
  • Handling of First Article Inspection / First Lot Approval / Initial Sample Inspection Report
  • Perform and lead the Layered Process Audit (LPA)
  • Main responsibility for quality assurance in production
Key skills:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role focused on quality.
  • Work experience in quality assurance
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering or similar
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office user)
  • Organized, self-dependent and customer-oriented work
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence and strong personality
  • Capability to drive processes / improvements / actions
  • Knoledge of FMEA / 8D / SPC
Special skills (such as special certifications)
  • Internal Auditor for ISO 9001
