Sales Manager | HPAC / Cooling

• Build relationships with new customer, cold call is required
• Explore, identify and grab business opportunities in market.
• ⁠Promote company solution and product by having regular visit to all stakeholder as well as participating in or organizing marketing events.
• Prepare presentation slide and present to all potential customers in the market. 6. ⁠Laise with stakeholder to secure projects
• Work with team members to generate project proposal, present to customers, conclude PO.
• Carry out tender exercise, spec-in, tender preparation, submission, technical clarification, price negotiation.
• understand and analyze the needs of the market and work closely with in house marketing team to conclude a right product at right price level in production development plan.
• Discuss and conclude sales strategy with superior.
• Prepare market report, sales report, forecast, progress report.
• Attend monthly sales meeting

• With at least 8 years chiller and/or HPAC sales experience in manufacturer, for ex., Daikin, Trane, York, Carrier, Smardt, Dunhambush
• presentable, talkative, outgoing
• Read, write, speak in Mandarin is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure
