Job DescriptionRequirementsMinimum Diploma or Degree qualification.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Sales experience is an added advantage but not required.Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).Positive attitude, willing to learn, and comfortable engaging with customers.Able to work independently as well as part of a team.Responsibilities1. Sales & PerformanceWork together with the team to achieve monthly sales goals.Follow structured sales processes to handle and close deals effectively.Monitor your own progress with guidance and support from the team.2. Leads & Customer HandlingHandle incoming leads from WhatsApp, walk-ins, and marketing channels.Follow up with customers consistently using provided workflows.Build and maintain a steady pipeline of potential customers.3. Customer InteractionUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable products.Explain product features and value in a clear and simple way.Handle questions and concerns professionally (training will be provided).4. Appointment & ClosingManage customer appointments efficiently (online or walk-in).Assist customers in making decisions comfortably and confidently.Close sales in a professional and customer-friendly manner.5. Follow-Up & Relationship ManagementMaintain follow-ups to ensure a good customer experience.Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.Provide basic after-sales support when needed.6. System & ReportingUpdate sales activities and customer details in the system.Ensure records are accurate and up to date.7. SOP & Work StyleFollow company SOPs and guidelines provided.Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability.Work in a fast-paced but supportive environment.8. Team & GrowthParticipate in meetings and training sessions.Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.Contribute ideas and support overall team performance.Benefits
