Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Develop project scopes and objectives by engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure compliance with in-house project delivery methodologies Manage resource availability and allocation for each project Create detailed project plans to track progress effectively Implement proper change management processes in line with the established methodology Provide timely and adequate updates to stakeholders for each project Conduct risk management activities to minimize project risks Escalate issues to management in a structured and timely manner, when necessary Manage relationships with clients and all relevant stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Supply Chain Management Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or implementation, specifically within warehouse or 3PL operations Strong technical foundation with practical knowledge or hands-on experience in warehousing processes PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
