About the Role We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Export Sales Executive to support the growth of our international business. This role will focus on identifying new export opportunities, managing overseas customer relationships, coordinating export processes, and contributing to revenue growth across assigned markets.The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of export sales operations, international trade procedures, and cross-border customer management, with the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new international markets and export customer opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on export sales contracts, quotations, and pricing proposals Handle export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificate of origin, letter of credit, and other shipping-related documents Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing and shipment execution Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings to expand market reach Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade requirements, and internal company policies Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall export revenue growth Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in export sales, international business, or overseas market development Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Good knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and INCOTERMS Ability to manage multiple export markets and customer accounts effectively Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate across different functions Preferred Qualifications Experience in specific regional or international export markets is an advantage Knowledge of foreign trade policies, customs regulations, and international shipping practices Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required Compensation Salary: RM 5,000+ per month + sales commission , depending on experience and qualifications Candidates with proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese will have an added advantage
