Oversee the operation of M Spa (budgeting, marketing, financial and service level performance, service programs, etc. and perform ongoing audits to drive excellence in brands, service standards and productivity

Improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department

Displays exemplary leadership and create a positive environment for outstanding customer service.

To be responsible for the recruitment, induction, training and development of all spa therapist and staff.

Reporting to Assistant/Vice President - Hotel Operations

Job requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in Spa operations or management including new spa openings, preferably in a similar capacity with international hotel chains.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a position where branding and customer service are key elements of success.

Diploma or Degree, preferably in relevant field of Hotel or Spa management, Marketing or Operations management.

Proven track record and reputation in the industry

Demonstrate high level of initiative, integrity and accountability and drive to grow the business

Good Interpersonal Skills.
