Sales & Marketing Executive (Electrical Distribution Products)

• Direct report to Southern Region Manager

• Responsible for sales activities within the Southern Region, covering both new business development (50%) and existing account management (50%).

• Identify, approach, and secure new B2B customers across industrial and commercial sectors.

• Initiate and coordinates development of action plan on marketing strategy

• Create brand awareness to consultant / client

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends

• Prepare and present sales proposals, assist Estimator in quotations, and tenders to clients

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products

• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide customized solutions for clients

• To learn technical knowledge on electrical and mechanical circuit drawing

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in electrical or switchboard industry

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Knowledge of switchboard and power distribution systems is an advantage

• Ability to travel within Malaysia for client visit and project meetings

• Proficiency in Microsoft office
