
Account Executive

- Maintain accurate financial records (ledgers, journals, AP/AR)
- Process invoices and ensure timely collections/payments
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis
- Assist with tax filings (VAT, income tax, payroll taxes)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking
- Assist in payroll calculations and deductions
- Prepare documents for internal/external audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Perform administrative duties (filing, data entry, coordination)
- Support special finance-related projects
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 24 years experience in accounting or finance
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax compliance
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
