Branch Manager (HVAC/Air-Conditioner)

• Manage the branch office activities, Handle Project management
• In charge of overall planning, Implementation, and completion of Project Activities.
• Troubleshoot site problem and coordinate with main contractor/ client/ consultant & local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with the conditions of the project contract
• Devise and execute sales strategies, adapting them based on market trends, customer demands, and competitive activities, while collaborating with senior management on annual sales budgets and forecasts to attain revenue and growth objectives.
• Effectively lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting clear sales goals aligned with company objectives, and providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
• Nurture and sustain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and dealers in the region
• Promptly and professionally addressing customer complaints, while actively collecting feedback to pinpoint areas for product or service enhancements.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good design and installation knowledge of mechanical - air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation in industrial & commercial buildings.
• Experience in handle project management from Office Towers, Shopping Malls, Industrial Application etc.
• Experience in HVAC & ACMV system (Air Conditioning, AHU, Cleanroom, Chiller)
• Able to work independently
