- Translate GTM plans into platform-specific briefs for SEA6 (MY/VN/ID/PH/SG/TH)
- Coordinate localization and asset creation with in-market teams and agencies.
- Develop media content briefs aligned with CRM and Media teams.
- Oversee localization and agency collaboration for all media assets.
- Define monthly product listing requirements with brand and e-merchandising teams.
- Collect, share, and quality-check all local product listings.
- Manage ad-hoc resizing and adaptation requests with content agencies.
- Create and adapt visual assets for social media, e-commerce platforms, CRM, and print.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and channel-specific requirements.
- Work with internal teams and agencies using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) to deliver quick-turn creative needs and campaign mock-ups.
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field with strong understanding of online GTM strategies.
- 2–3 years in creating and coordinating digital content across e-commerce platforms, social media, and CRM channels.
- Hands-on experience with design and layout for banners, emails, and campaign assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with tools like Figma and Canva for quick-turn design needs.
- Highly collaborative team player with ability to work closely with brand, media, CRM, and e-merchandising teams as well as external agencies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), media asset requirements, and CRM content needs.Comfortable handling content briefs, resizing/adaptation requests, and ensuring brand consistency.
