- 5+ years of experience in operations or customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Lead and manage operations and customer service teams
- Develop and implement operational procedures and KPIs
- Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, finance)
- Prepare operational reports and present to senior management
- Train and mentor staff to enhance service quality and productivity
