  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations or customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage operations and customer service teams
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and KPIs
  • Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, finance)
  • Prepare operational reports and present to senior management
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance service quality and productivity
