- Arranging, coordinating, and monitoring both inbound and outbound shipment including tracking, expediting, and delivery follow-up of all shipments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents to manage import/export documentation and compliance.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of materials and finished goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Ensure that all logistics coordination activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. This includes proper documentation of shipments, customs, and import/export procedures.
- Track and analyse shipment performance, logistics costs, and tax optimization to support continuous improvement.
- Manage coordination service providers to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
- Manages carrier performance to maintain an acceptable level of on-time delivery performance.
- Ensure all the customs form are declare in compliance manner.
- Manage Sales and Services Tax (SST) exemption applications including any other application to RMCD.
- Manage Sales Tax reporting, ensuring timely submission and compliance with customs regulations.
- Managing RMCD Section 14(2) applications, including related application and reportinG
- Be the window for customs inquiries and manage customs audits
- Apply for any government import/export permits (e.g., special permits, IT equipment permits) and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Apply for other government scheme related to import and export including Tariff classification advice, CA & COO from MITI
- Ensure all necessary records for trade activities are maintained in an organize manner.
- Minimum number 3-5 of experience in materials management, procurement, and logistics within a manufacturing environment, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
