- Lead demand forecasting and supply planning in collaboration with business units and global manufacturing teams
- Design and implement optimal distribution and inventory strategies, including hub‑and‑spoke models
- Establish forecast governance, inventory guidelines, and processes to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure end‑to‑end supply chain alignment and visibility across demand, production, and in‑transit materials
- Oversee daily order management shared services operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and service quality
- Lead, develop, and engage the shared services team to drive performance and continuous improvement
- Standardise, streamline, and automate order management processes, including regional harmonisation initiatives
- Manage complex customer orders, complaints, and escalations effectively
- Leverage SAP systems and reporting to ensure data accuracy and support informed decision‑making
- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations, tax requirements, and trade policies
- Coordinate with external trade and logistics partners to meet regulatory and operational expectations
- Develop and execute logistics strategies across multiple product categories, balancing cost, service, and sustainability
- Oversee warehousing operations, inventory movement, and product lifecycle management
- Control logistics costs within budget while maximising operational efficiency
- Monitor 3PL performance through regular KPI reviews and implement corrective actions when required
- Manage stakeholder and vendor performance, identifying risks, trends, and future operational needs
- Strong analytical and presentation capabilities with solid expertise in supply chain operations
- Proven team leader who is collaborative, driven, and highly motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across stakeholders
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and discretion at all times
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain management, logistics, or shared services, including people management exposure
- Strong working knowledge of planning and budgeting, logistics operations, and basic finance and accounting principles
- Hands‑on experience with SAP systems, particularly SD and MM modules, is an advantage
- In‑depth understanding of regulatory frameworks, governing bodies, and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
