- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Country Director such as preparing statistical, reports, analyzing information, presentation deck and other administrative tasks.
- Assisting with expense reports and processing invoices for Country Director office
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other necessary materials. This includes attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Handling information requests and preparing correspondence.
- Receiving visitors and arranging conference calls.
- Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and travel.
- Lead, manage, and supervise the business support/admin team
- artnering global shared service (GBS) in facility management and maintaining office efficiency & ensuring a pleasant and safe work environment
- Design and implement procedural and office policies (in line with ASEAN policies) to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to
- Minimum 5 years of secretarial and/or office management experiences.
- Good knowledge and application skills in MS Office.
