Finance Executive

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Mandarin speaker.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (SQL).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Handle daily accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and data entry.
• Submit Sales and Service Tax (SST) filings in compliance with regulations.
• Support and understand the E-Invoice process, including proper documentation and system flow understanding.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of journal entries.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
• Support tax filings, statutory audits, and financial compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders as needed.
