- Sourcing material or goods for the Company and negotiate pricing with suppliers or vendors.
- Issue PO to supplier with reasonable price.
- Monitor delivery of goods to ensure on time delivery without any further delay.
- Handle customs, import permit and also SST exemption process.
- Handling import shipments and also license.
- To handle custom clearance from time to time when required.
- Handle appointed transporters.
- Verifying suppliers invoice, credit note and also payment accuracy.
- Dealing with forwarder on shipment matters.
- Doing Purchasing Weekly, Monthly & Yearly costing report by category when required.
- Ensuring standards are complied with vendors SOP.
- Dealing and working closely with Warehouse / Planning Teams on related material or goods that is required for production team to run.
- Dealing with China vendors or suppliers most of the time on raw materials, packaging materials and etc. via WeChat.
- Deal and negotiate pricing-wise for the Company.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor degree in management or equivalent.
- Candidate with logistic / shipping/manufacturing background would be added advantage.
- Able to converse, read and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Candidate with a background of cosmetic line would be an added advantage.
- Positive mindset, cost sensitive and figure minded would be highly preferred.
- Able to adapt with a fast paced working environment culture.
- Candidate must be willing to be based in Bukit Badong, Ijok, Selangor.
