Role summary:Responsible for bridging the gap between the technical aspects of the company's products and the marketing strategies to promote them in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.Developing technical marketing content, collaborating with product development teams, and providing technical expertise to support sales and marketing efforts in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.Effectively communicating the technical value propositions of the company’s products to customers and stakeholders in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.General responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to plan and execute product launches.Conduct technical training sessions for sales teams to enhance their understanding of the products.Analyze technical aspects of competing products and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams.Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions using the company’s products.Provide feedback from customers and market analysis to influence product development and improvements.Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and optimize technical content for online platforms, including the company website, social media, and email campaigns.Ensure that technical content is SEO-friendly and aligns with digital marketing strategies.Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:Create and develop technical marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, product datasheets, technical presentations, and webinars.Ensure that all technical content accurately represents the product's features, benefits, and applications.Develop technical product collateral and training materials to support product introductions.Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during customer engagements.Assist in preparing technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs.Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers and industry events.Work closely with product development teams to understand product features, enhancements, and future developments.Represent the company as a technical expert at industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows.Contribute to industry publications and blogs to establish the company’s thought leadership in the market.
