About the job Graphic/Product Designer (Custom Design Premium Gifts Agency)Job Scope & Responsibilities:- Work on developing design concepts and ideas- Participate in brainstorming sessions- Sketch initial design ideas- Produce detailed drawings and finished artworks- Prototyping, sample-making and testing- Research new ideas and concepts, materials, processes or market requirementsResponsibilities specific to the client's core business

Develop creative designs for custom premium merchandise and gifts targeting kids primarily, while also targeting teens, and adults, including character-licensed products and movie tie-ins.
Create concepts that incorporate licensed characters and themes while strictly adhering to licensing guidelines.
Produce mostly 2D illustrations, sometimes 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and production-ready artworks.
Handle end-to-end prototyping, sample-making, material testing, and refinement to ensure designs are safe, age-appropriate, cost-effective, and production-ready.
Research market trends in licensed merchandise and premium gifts for kids primarily, while also targeting teens, and adults.
Collaborate with sales, licensing, and production teams to align designs with client briefs and budgets.
