Description We are seeking a Logistics Cum Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in logistics and administrative tasks in the job market context of Southeast Asia. This role will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. JOB DESCRIPTION * To submit invoices and company documents to clients within the specified time and according to the delivery procedure set by the company. * Must adhere remove and change to attending site briefing / tender briefings as & when required. * Work closely with immigration department for submission of foreign workers documentation. * Arranging logistics plan for foreign works. * Arrangement with Embassy & Fomema for foreign workers. * Work closely with purchasing department on stock management * Arrange arrival for foreign guards at the airport. * Submit Immigration document to government agencies. * Capable of handling interactions with government agencies, banks, and Pos Malaysia. * Must adhere to the company's tender briefings, delivery schedules, and procurement procedures. REQUIREMENT * Own a valid driver's license for motorcycle and car. * Can read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English. * Maintain good cooperation with coworkers to support the document delivery process.
