OVERVIEW To handle all employee relations activities to achieve the objectives of high employee job satisfaction and retention. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeing the organization and coordination of Employee Relation activities, engagement and local company events to nurture employee retention, welfare and good working environment to work. Leading communication cascade or dialogue sessions to identified target group, establish appropriate connections and acquire staff satisfaction feedback. Overseeing the management of immediate onsite response to local issues. Supervising employee communications and relations, management of grievances from all job grades and leader meeting. Overseeing the selection and engagements of Foreign Worker's representatives. Ensuring translation supports are provided during hostel briefing, inductions, trainings and other communications sessions. Facilitating audits and liaise with the respective departments for specific issue by departments. Attending to audit requests by providing records and documentation to auditors. Ensuring compliance with industry and internal policies and best practices. Preparing and monitoring department budget. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum 7 years' of relevant experience including 5 years' in HR preferably in manufacturing industry. HR procedures and policies. Compliance auditing approaches, and evaluation methods.
