Analyze current business processes and find opportunities for improvement through the adoption of systems applications and automation. Design, develop, and implement transformative or automation solutions to optimize business workflows and increase efficiency. Develop and manage all aspects of the QMS framework, encompassing the quality manual, policy, standards, initiatives, and projects. Gather feedback on quality issues and work within the QMS-SPE team for resolutions. Take charge of improving QMS business processes. Share lessons learned in closed loop. Be accountable for the integration of QMS across the value chain. Work with local teams to build and implement site deployment plans. Collaborate with individuals overseeing processes to develop and carry out deployment strategies throughout the organization. Serve as a point of contact for QMS and provide post-deployment support. Communicate quality standards and processes and explain them to QMS collaborators. Coach and guide the enterprise on proper implementation and use of the quality standards, including conducting formal training where appropriate. Assess the QMS through activities of verification and validation. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or other related technical fields. Proven experience with QMS governance, including document management and process improvement. Prior involvement in project/program management, showcasing a structured approach to controlling change. Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain quality standards and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. The ability to interpret and effectively resolve complex, technical, or ambiguous requests and problems, along with the skill to empower and guide change, promoting a culture of continuous advancement. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks by effectively prioritizing daily activities. Open to constructive feedback and actively engaged in improvement. Knowledge of quality standards for the automotive industry. Familiarity with systems engineering principles. Experience in the semiconductor industry or related manufacturing sectors. Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
