The group you'll be a part of The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. The impact you'll make Creates and develops design concepts and specifications that optimize the function, ergonomics, perceived value and appearance of physical hardware products and systems for product consumers and end users. Partners with internal and external marketing and design groups to research and analyze design trends and customer feedback for incorporation into product enhancements, new product design and overall design language and strategy. Produces and validates product design specifications and production requirements with insourced and outsourced manufacturing and engineering groups. What You'll Do Who we're looking for Responsibilities Capacity Planning Lead capacity modeling and long/medium term resource planning based on business outlook Perform line balancing and optimization to ensure line efficiency Gaps analysis between actual vs theoretical and gap closure Productivity Improvement Drive on labor hour and cycle time improvement project Coordinate in tool relocation & re-layout activities Collaborate with CFT team to achieve operations KPI&aposs Perform time study data collection and analysis, continuous improvement based on Lean concept Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/Mathmatics/Engineering; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with a years experience; or equivalent experience. Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and System skills will be an advantage. Strong interpersonal and planning skills. Strong drive for business improvements. Proven track record of ability to perform under minimal supervision.
