Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Associate located in Kota Kinabalu. The Reservation Associate will be responsible for managing guest reservations, handling inquiries, and providing information about the resort&aposs services and activities. Daily tasks include processing bookings, responding to emails and phone calls, updating reservation systems, and ensuring guest satisfaction by providing personalized service.
