This full time job will be based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru and will play critical role in supporting day-to-day operations for our Investor Relations (IR) function, ensuring seamless communication and reporting between clients, investors, external and internal stakeholders.This role requires strong organizational skills, comfort working with data and reporting systems (particularly Salesforce and Investran), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Support & Servicing
  • Manage investor communications including onboarding, reporting, and ad-hoc queries
  • Uphold high quality customer-centric communications and discretion at all times
  • Maintain accurate investor records and ensure full support on timely distribution of ad-hoc notices
  • Manage callback process with investors to complete compliance obligations
Data & Reporting Management
  • Update, monitor, and ensure accuracy of investor data in Salesforce platform and other reporting systems
  • Support investor queries in the event of quarterly/annual reporting deliverables in line with investor requirements and regulatory timelines
  • Produce comprehensive report on case management and ensure accuracy in all reports
Process & Compliance
  • Ensure consistent documentation and compliance with internal processes and client requirements
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on deliverables and streamline workflows
Stakeholder Management
  • Assist in harmonising reporting processes across funds and clients
  • Adaptive to evolving systems, processes, and technology platforms
  • Proactively manage client's expectations on Vistra's service standards and participate in workflow enhancement discussion
Any other duties that from time to time may be considered appropriate by your line managerWho Are We Looking for?Someone with:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Investor Relations, Fund Administration, Client Services, or similar roles (prior private equity/asset management experience is an added advantage)
  • Possess Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Demonstrated analytical thinker and strong ownership
  • Very good team player with distinctive communication skills and high interpersonal competence, high motivation, and positive work attitude
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
