- LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- For Account Assistant: Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience.For Account Executive: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling full set of accounts.
- Basic to strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas is an advantage) and accounting software (e.g., UBS, SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Handle daily accounting transactions including invoices, receipts, payments, and data entry.
- Monitor and update accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) records, including reconciliation.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents for audit, tax, and compliance purposes.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and report preparation.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow (for Account Executive level).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/management.
