Design and create visual content for various platforms (digital and print) while aligning with Top Glove&aposs brand guidelines. 2. Propose new design concepts and ideas and transform them into designs for various types of marketing collaterals. 3. Collaborate with product and tradeshow teams to conceptualize and execute high quality exhibition booths design. 4. Ensure all artwork produced meets the objective, requirements and brand values. 5. Coordinates with internal teams, including Marketing, Corp. Comm., etc. throughout the design process 6. Liaise with purchasers and external suppliers on quotations, printing and production. 7. Any other ad-hoc duties that may arise assigned by the Superior from time to time Job Requirements: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva and other relevant tools. Strong creativity and ability to propose fresh design concepts aligned with brand guidelines. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet design objectives and deadlines.
