Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to clients by engaging with business stakeholders to identify data and analytics opportunities and solve key pain points Lead and support technology consulting, architecture, and transformation engagements from initial strategy to execution, working closely with internal, client, and third-party teams Develop comprehensive data strategies by identifying use cases, creating solution roadmaps, and mapping client visions to specific products and technologies Ensure strategies are actionable and well-documented to facilitate a seamless transition to implementation teams Deliver data solutions by leading or contributing to the development of proofs of concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) Lead and manage project activities including meetings, design sessions, and retrospectives to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard Drive data governance initiatives by leading the development of data governance frameworks and conducting technology assessments Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to maximize growth and identify new opportunities within accounts Collaborate with internal teams including executives, sales, and delivery leaders to align on strategy and support business growth Support pre-sales activities by assessing data opportunities, responding to RFPs, and developing proposals and presentations to help close new deals Actively contribute to the growth of the Data & Analytics practice by sharing expertise and producing relevant deliverables Requirements Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting area Experience with Big Data, BI, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Data Management, Data Storage, Data Visualization; and data stacks from MLE/DSE Good knowledge/experience with at least one of the Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Proficiency in access control mechanisms, such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) Knowledge of key regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) Strong expertise in Data Governance, Data Security, and Data Privacy Familiarity with distributed delivery models and global team collaboration Clear and concise communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities to address complex challenges, define actionable strategies and align solutions with business objectives Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate discussions, align expectations, and manage high-pressure engagements effectively Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging trends and technologies, with the ability to expand expertise beyond comfort zones English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher No visa sponsorship available Nice to have Experience working on Databricks or Snowflake projects is an added advantage
