Equipment Maintenance and Repair:

Sustain backend equipment backend equipment - Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut , Laser mark and AOI uptime above the targeted goals.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth production operations. * Preventive Maintenance:Complete all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and equipment conversions within the stipulated time.
Ensure zero post-maintenance issues. * Performance Metrics:Maintain and improve Mean Time Between Alarms (MTBA), Repeat Alarm metrics, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet or exceed set targets. * Continuous Improvement:Identify and address recurring issues to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements. * Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Generate and submit reports on equipment status and any deviations from goals. * Safety and Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company and regulatory standards. * Participate in Safety, 6S audits and training sessions.QualificationsREQUIRED:

Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent
Must be able to work in 12 hour shift
Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia

PREFERRED:

Familiarity in computer system & computer network
Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook
Able to work independently
Have a good interpersonal skill

SKILLS:

Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical)
Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component
Knowledge in Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut , Laser mark and AOI machine will be an added advantage
