Internal & External Customers:-As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you are responsible for maintaining effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and management, to align marketing strategies with institutional goals and support student recruitment initiatives. You are expected to provide timely insights, ensure clear communication across departments, and deliver responsive support to meet operational needs. In addition, you will build and sustain strong relationships with external customers such as prospective students, parents, and partners by providing accurate information, delivering excellent service, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.PRODUCTS PRODUCED:
- Follow up and correspond with potential students
- Lead and organize the college discovery day as per the schedule
- Develop and maintain the college marketing collaterals and promotion materials
- Develop yearly marketing and recruitment strategy
- Lead the Education Fairs that the college has identified for participation and effectively organize the event
- Manage local and international recruitment agents
- Process documentation of agent's commission
- Periodically review and update the college website
- Establish good relationship with high school counsellors
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure all recruitment activities are implemented
