- Process RMA order requests in SFDC
- All customer RMA related instructions, status requests and follow-up correspondence
- Coordinate with RMA technicians on order shipment and repair schedules
- Work with shipping department as required to expedite order shipments
- Work with Receiving to resolve receipt issues pertaining to RMA orders
- Field requests for problem history, verification of ownership, warranty etc.
- Verification of inventory availability for order fulfillment
- Closure of RMAs and service requests
- Creation of Export Documentation for RMA shipments as necessary
- Interface with all stakeholders in Operations management team
- Other assignments as identified by management as needed
- 4+ years of experience in RMA Administration, Customer Service or Order Entry
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
- Responsive and empathetic to customer needs and requirements
- Ability to handle long periods of computer usage
- Self-motivated and able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly organized, with strong planning, time management and decision-making abilities
- Manages projects efficiently and independently; requires minimal supervision.
- Team dynamics - work effectively with team members in support of department goals
- SFDC (SalesForce.com) knowledge a plus
