Job Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for tooling & automation equipment setup, trouble shooting & ensure optimal performance. Performed mechanical & tooling verification, form fit & function check. Assist engineer to carried out tooling and automation equipment task. Responsible for tooling modification, parts maintenance & workshop function. Responsible for equipment setup, trouble shoot, process improvement of the specific technical area. Assist engineers & performing any duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time. Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task. Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc. Job Requirements Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Good knowledge of basic electromechanical, equipment setup & form fit function check. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc. With good computer literacy and good communication skill. Some workshop mechining skill is an advantage. Additional knowledge of jigs & fixture trouble shooting, electrical wiring and machining is an advantage.
