- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in invoicing, admin, or e-commerce support is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of invoices, credit notes, and documentation processes
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
- Able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Willing to support the e-commerce team and work collaboratively
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit notes (CN), and related documents
- Ensure invoicing accuracy for orders from TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
- Assist in reconciling e-commerce orders with invoices and payment records
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and transaction records
- Support the e-commerce team on order processing, returns, refunds, and adjustments
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams on billing or order issues
- Update basic sales records and assist with reporting when required
- Handle general administrative duties such as data entry and document management
- Assist in month-end administrative support related to sales documentation
- Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned
