- Greets visitors, handles and routes incoming calls, performs general administrative duties.
- Assist administrative staff with word processing, data entry and filing.
- Arrange for courier services upon request.
- Answers all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries on the general line
- Makes phone call if necessary
- Greets, assists and directs visitors visiting the office
- Receive, direct and relay telephone message and fax messages
- Handle incoming and outgoing faxes, mails and documents
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence
- Sample arrangement for customer
- Make preparations for the meetings
- Provides word processing and secretarial support to the administrative staff
- Provides administrative services such as data entry and filling
- Conduct checking on monthly basis to all the safety measure and emergency devices
- Any other task that may be assigned by the superior
- Answers all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries on the general line
- Makes phone call if necessary
- Greets, assists and directs visitors visiting the office

- Handle incoming and outgoing faxes, mails and documents

- Make preparations for the meetings
- Upkeep the condition of the meeting room
- Monitoring the office amenities for weekly replenishment.
- Processing PR for monthly purchase
- Compiling the attendance records
- Updating utilities expenses of this office into record
- Updating courier charges of this office into record
- Conduct checking on monthly basis to all the safety measure and emergency devices
- Monitoring the glove stock in the storage area.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Computer literate
- Good human relation skills
- Able to think logically
- Able to speak & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
